Mfactor operates as a commission agent. At the end of each month, the company invoices the client for the commission, the amount of which depends on sales results for the previous period.
Mfactor's core principle in working with clients is absolute transparency. All aspects of mfactor's relationship with clients are governed by a contract and any additional agreements. Clients also have constant access to the seller's account on the marketplace.
Once contracts are signed and the entire logistics infrastructure is ready, the product begins selling on the marketplace within one week.
Using modern communication tools, our managers, including senior management, maintain constant communication with client representatives. In-person or online meetings with clients are held at least once a week.
All financial transactions (withdrawals) occur directly from your marketplace account to your bank accounts. We do not have access to your funds.
You can terminate the agreement at any time in accordance with its terms. We will transfer all access to your marketplace accounts to you and provide final reporting. All your accounts, products, and data remain your property.
Mfactor's fees are based on sales volume. This allows us to be committed to your profits. The exact cost is calculated individually after analyzing your product range, current marketplace operating conditions, and goals.
